At Craftus, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns for most items within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (marked as non-returnable)
- Personalized or custom-made products
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [connect@craftus.in] with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
- If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at [connect@craftus.in]. We will provide instructions for exchanging your item based on availability.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within [7 days] of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the product, and we will cover the cost of return shipping. You will have the option to receive a replacement item or a full refund.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
